Went the extra mile Came in for an oil change and as usual, they checked my vehicle over. While waiting in the lobby, the service advisor came in to report that there wa Came in for an oil change and as usual, they checked my vehicle over. While waiting in the lobby, the service advisor came in to report that there was a problem with an axle seal. This was a $300+ repair. The service advisor noted that my vehicle had an extended warranty and made the necessary calls to have this repair covered by the warranty. To be honest, I forgot I even had any warranty left! So I really appreciate the efforts of the service advisor. Walked out and paid just the cost of the oil change. More

Always Top Notch Service I have gotten my RAV4 serviced at Byers since I bought it from them new. They are always thorough and explain what service is needed. The estimate for the service was actually higher than the actual cost. A free car wash too. WOW! The staff is first class and treat you like they are glad you are there. The waiting room is spotless with plenty of comfortable seating. To make your wait better, they have complimentary coffee and hot chocolate and free WIFI. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer and always drive away knowing my car is good to go. I will never go anywhere else. Also, if I ever choose to buy another car, this is the place is will come to. Great Service - Service Department I was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. But when I arrived, Gynnae let me know that I actually didn't need the oil change ye I was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. But when I arrived, Gynnae let me know that I actually didn't need the oil change yet, as the synthetic oil is good for at least a year or 10,000 miles, of which neither had occurred. My tires still needed to be rotated, so she had that done, along with the inspection and honored my coupon with a small discount, as the amount was much less than the full service with the oil change. To top it off she returned a sparkly clean car! Superb service, wonderful attitude. Customer service at its best! Thank you, as that is a rarity these days! On a separate note, Phil also helped me discuss options on my lease while I waited and he was extremely helpful and friendly as well! They will have a customer for life! More
