dishonest If I could give 0 stars I would. My personal mechanic called to order a part. The only thing I needed was a part. It turns out there was a recall If I could give 0 stars I would. My personal mechanic called to order a part. The only thing I needed was a part. It turns out there was a recall and Byers offered to fix it for me. They asked that I sign a waiver saying if there was anything else to fix they could at expense to me. It was already agreed between the my personal mechanic and Byers that all that was needed was that part and nothing else was wrong, so the car did not need an evaluation. I had to have the byers service assistant call my personal mechanic before this was settled. I feel that byers is trying to up-sell and make a buck. Well, I'll tell you, in the long run you will loose money because I no longer trust your service assistance and what they recommend. I will always question and second guess their advice. More

Even buying vehicles were made easy. I bought three vehicles from this dealership. Christian Norman and Chris Gorden help me to navigate the maze of information. In service Tara and Josh very thorough and helpful. Also, save me money applying discounts or coupons which I did not aware. Great job guys!! More
