Good personality, they did forget to check lights and I had a low beam out. So they had to run my truck back in. I was told no charge for headlamp replacement only 30.00 for the bulb. I asked for a car wash and it came back to me soaking wet completely still filthy looked like they had just spread it down with a hose next time. 2 hr oil change that I am charged for? I bought at Chesrown last car purchase and received free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. In ten years I never waited 2 hours for an oil chan I bought at Chesrown last car purchase and received free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. We got a good trade in price for our 2013 Corolla Sport and bought a 2024 Corolla LE. There's big scratch on the door but Shayne plans to contact us when the Dent Wizard guy is at Byers Toyota and get that and bought a 2024 Corolla LE. There's big scratch on the door but Shayne plans to contact us when the Dent Wizard guy is at Byers Toyota and get that person to paint over the scratch with touch up paint.?? More
