On my last service on my Sienna, I was informed that my spark plugs needed to be replaced and my cooling fluid also. I was aware that my spark plugs were never replaced but I was almost certain my cooling spark plugs needed to be replaced and my cooling fluid also. I was aware that my spark plugs were never replaced but I was almost certain my cooling fluid was. Since I keep every record of service on all my vehicles, I went through them and did find that the cooling fluid was changed at the appropriate mileage timeframe. The service advisor did inform me of the cost of changing the spark plugs. More

Byers was great for fixing the manufacturers defect! They were prompt and efficient with cordial service. Toyota cost us two forty mile trips and 2 hours of our time because of their assembly error.
