Mike Gordon who sold me my car in 2015 always stops Every time I come in for a service visit, the service technications - always remember me by name. Mike Gordon who sold me my car in 2015 always stops out to say hi and remembers details about my family! After every service they walk me through what they did, costs, and if they need to replace anything they show me why. I had really nasty air filters and they compared a brand new one to mine so I was able to see for myself. They go above and beyond and don’t take advantage of you ( even when you don’t know a lot about cars! ) They have exceptional customer service and I will definitely recommend Byers Subaru to anyone looking for their next car. More
