Service Review Brought car to dealership because it was the closest dealership and car needed to be checked out right away. No available shuttle service to downtown Columbus. Was told the dealership does not offer loaner cars, but I could try to rent a car at my expense. Decided to wait. After about 1.5 hours, I checked to see what problems a technician found with my car. I was told that a technician hadn't seen the car yet to provide a diagnosis. Was told a technician may get to my car in about another hour. Very disappointing experience. More

Mike Gordon who sold me my car in 2015 always stops out to say hi and remembers details about my family! After every service they walk me through what they did, costs, and if they need to replace anything they show me why. I had really nasty air filters and they compared a brand new one to mine so I was able to see for myself. They go above and beyond and don’t take advantage of you ( even when you don’t know a lot about cars! ) They have exceptional customer service and I will definitely recommend Byers Subaru to anyone looking for their next car.
