John was very helpful in getting a price for my second Forester, with my trade-in, that I felt was within my budget. I had Atef the next day to demonstrate all the new features of my new Forester and pr Forester, with my trade-in, that I felt was within my budget. I had Atef the next day to demonstrate all the new features of my new Forester and provided a summary sheet to refer to when I have questions about the care of the car. Rich, with the service department, also was of great help in detecting problems with my older Forester and kept me well informed. All personal spent a good amount of time with me and I never felt rushed. This is the second time I have worked with Atef, as he sold me my last car, and he always goes beyond being helpful. More
I am writing this review as a first-time owner of a Subaru. I am happy with the car and especially pleased with the quality of customer service provided by the team in the Service Department. Although getting a car serviced can be a nuisance... it is a "necessary evil" that is much easier tolerated when working with helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate professionals. The lady in charge of the service department is not very approachable and does not seem to care about customers. I gave her two stars instead of one because she actually is very knowledgeable. However, it is deterring compared to Germain and Hatfield who make you feel taken care of and valued as a customer. More

She knew we were coming (by name), had the paper work ready and got things started. The service was less then one hour and we were on our way, Thanks Ann! More
Service department left me stranded without a vehicle I dropped my car for an 815am appointment with a printout of what the check engine code was. I stressed that I needed my car back the same day. At 430pm I still hadn't heard anything, so I called. I was told that while they had verified the engine code, I wouldn't be getting my car back. When I explained that I needed it to pick up my child, go to a committee meeting, and take my child to an appointment in the morning and needed a loaner, I was told the two they had were supposed to go out the next day so they couldn't help me. This is unacceptable when I made it clear I NEEDED my car back the same day. If it wasn't possible, I should have been warned so I could make other arrangements. UPDATE - since posting my review, I have been in touch with Mark Haag who apologized for the dealership and is working to do what he can to make-up for the issues. Doesn't excuse the crappy service I received, but at least someone cares enough to try to do something to make it right. More
