The Service Center was able to take my vehicle in for a check engine light even though I had no appointment. They also got me a courtesy car. I was very grateful. I would like to add a negative comment check engine light even though I had no appointment. They also got me a courtesy car. I was very grateful. I would like to add a negative comment however even with the five stars. I had a pair of sunglasses and a flashlight that disappeared during service (Friday through Monday). I cannot accuse anyone of this but just so you know, this may be happening. By the way, I have looked through the car and at home and pockets. Next time prior to service, I will be more diligent in removing anything that can be taken from the car. More

Desk staff were friendly, shop staff were friendly, cashier at the end was super friendly. Chair was comfy in waiting area. Bathroom stall was nearly out of toilet paper but restock cart was easily acc cashier at the end was super friendly. Chair was comfy in waiting area.
