I recommend getting the parts needed from another local reputed work shop, buy the parts from reputed Auto parts and get it fixed paying just the labor. I have hands on experience with the staff at this location, They do charge for shuttle service which is already included in the initial diagnosis fee. Renting a car costs much less than asking these folks for shuttle service. If we question hidden charges, the service department manager , Mike (Nov 2024) accuse you for being disrespectful. So please shop around before settling with these folks for service , which saves lots of money. More

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation in the express lane on Monday. Briann (I think that’s the name of the service center rep I worked with) restored my faith in Subaru Dublin. A service technician changed my oil weeks back and botched the job totally so that oil was escapi I worked with) restored my faith in Subaru Dublin. Briann listened to my problem and made sure it was fixed correctly that time around without any charge to me. I felt this was only right since there was no problem with my oil that existed before the service tech worked on it. It made my day to be treated like a valued customer, which I have been since moving back to Ohio in 2018.
