Came in for oil change and tire rotation. As a result I dealt with tire issues for two days. Both value cores were finger loose and needed tightened because air was leaking from value cores. In addition wheel lock was taken out of my glove box and not returned. When I returned to report issues with service your manager told there was nothing his staff did to cause this and I would have to wait in line before they could look at it. I had an important doctor appt and told him that was not possible. I took it to 👏🏻 More
