Everyone at the dealership is always so nice, communication so far has been thorough and the service is always fast! Byers handled an issue with my Forrester quickly and at low cost. I was on a tight schedule and they got me in quickly, cost as estimated and filled up the tires on my mom’s car while we waited! In general the service provided was good. However I was disappointed with the $170 charge to diagnose intermittent problems with our entertainment system. The "fix" was to install an availabl However I was disappointed with the $170 charge to diagnose intermittent problems with our entertainment system. The "fix" was to install an available software update, but I had never been informed of the update prior to my visit. Updates are easy to install, and I have done all of the updates as soon as I was notified of their availability. I could have installed the update - and avoided the charge - if Subaru had informed me that the update was available. More
