Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Thursday. Also asked for them to look into a noise that I had been hearing for awhile to see if something needed repaired. The service was supposed a Thursday. Also asked for them to look into a noise that I had been hearing for awhile to see if something needed repaired. The service was supposed to be done the same day but I never heard anything back. I tried calling, leaving a voicemail, and texting my service advisor around 5 and never heard anything until I called again the following morning. I was told the noise I asked about was caused by the sunroof and there was a slight delay because a part had to be ordered to fix the issue, but it should be finished by noon that day. Again, noon came and went and I heard nothing. So I called back on Saturday and was told they had the part that was needed to complete the repair, but it had not been installed yet for an unknown reason and there wouldn't be a tech there who was able to do it until Monday. Also, apparently the service was being overseen by a manager at that point and the person who I was originally dealing with had no knowledge of it. I needed my car first thing Monday morning so thankfully Brandon, the person who answered the phone on Saturday, was able to get me a loaner car. I finally got my car back on Monday and all of the actual service/repairs done on it look good. Also, they were kind enough to cover the costs of the tire rotation/oil change because of the inconvenience. I am just frustrated with the total lack of communication and the fact that nobody seemed to know who was in charge or who I should be speaking to. More
