Quick, informative, and thorough I found Chad's contact on the Byers website when I googled a Subaru dealer that I could meet with to get answers about my lease that was ending soon. Chad contacted me immediately via email (my preferred method) and we set up a date/time to meet. This was my first lease and as it was coming to an end soon, I didn't know what my options were. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. I learned a lot about the possibilities that were available to me. I ended up leaving with a car that I never expected to be able to drive away in. He made what could have been a stressful circumstance very relaxed. He took his time to show me different models and explained their features. He was patient with me trying to decide what I wanted, i.e. features, color, model (I'm a widow and old😁). After I purchased my Subaru, Chad followed up with 2 or 3 calls to make sure everything was ok and if I had any concerns. 8 days ago I was in an accident and the safety features of my Subaru kept me from having serious injuries. So I called Chad again, explaining what had happened and needed to buy another car. Chad came in on his day off, plus it was his birthday, showed me the 2017 Subaru Outbacks, again taking the time to explain zll the features. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle. In my humble opinion Chad Sneed is very personable and knowledgeable about the Subaru. He takes his time to show and explain features of the Subaru. Would I buy another Subaru and ask for Chad, YES 😀. More

I was the one looking for a car and not once did any of the salesforce look at my husband for any answers to they questions. My questions were always answered respectfully and never condescending. Great Customer Service I purchased a 2017 Outback Touring from Byers Subaru.
