He never even once nudged me in one way or other and always answered my questions honestly and to the point without any sales pitch invoiced in it. I wasn't able to wait until the new ones start to arrive because my current vehicle (a 2004 Subaru Forester) has almost 300,000 miles on it and I was told by my mechanic that it is very rusted on the underside and I need to get into a new car asap. The Forester still runs like a charm though! Zach moved mountains for me to find my perfect match with a dealership trade and kept in touch with me with all new updates as he got them. Not only that, Zach was so calm and friendly throughout the whole process which kept me relaxed. In addition, he is very informative with beneficial information that helped me choose the perfect vehicle for me and he was truly committed to making sure I was making the best decision for me and not an impulsive decision. Once I was able to pick up my new vehicle, Zach took the time to help me set everything up in the car. I couldn't ask for a better buying experience! The dealership as a whole is fantastic! I called the dealership because I was having trouble completing the on line finance application link. I was greeted by Donald Overmeyer. He was very courteous and walked me through the process and made sure I was linked to the proper dealership. He also followed up with me to let me know that they had received my application. I can’t say enough about the sales team. Throughout the entire purchase process We were given several options to choose from and never once felt forced or pressured into taking any of the extra coverages.
