He wasn't directing me to the most expensive or the car with the most bells and whistles, he was directing me to the most economical version of the car I was looking for that would meet all of my needs. He was so kind and very, very intelligent when it came to the various features, packages and deals. While we looked at options, he had my current car appraised so I knew the offer going into it. He was available whenever I had questions and made the buying process so smooth by getting some of the paperwork complete before I arrived.
