I had an absolutely awful experience many years ago at a different dealer, in a different state. I was not looking forward to having to go threw a new car purchase again. Great buying experience! I've purchased 2 new cars from Atef at Byers Subaru Dublin, and had been looking for a pre-owned car for the kids. I initially didn't consider Byers I've purchased 2 new cars from Atef at Byers Subaru Dublin, and had been looking for a pre-owned car for the kids. I initially didn't consider Byers Subaru, as used Subaru cars were generally out of our price range for the age of car we wanted to get. We hadn't had much luck with other dealerships, often finding their prices too high or their cars insufficient, so finally decided to check the Byers web site and I'm so glad we did! It was a chance to work with Atef again from the sales side of things, and you really won't find a nicer sales person to deal with. Yes, the car buying process can be stressful, but Atef and the team at Byers make the process easy and enjoyable. I came away from the process feeling like I was able to get a good/fair price on the car, and even when the haggling got a bit intense, it was just about numbers and never personal. Byers has always been about meeting my needs as a buyer and also meeting their needs as a community-based business. Also, this was my first experience working with Jay, Finance Manager for pre-owned vehicles. He took an exceptional amount of time working with me through the numbers, negotiations, and contracts. Yet another great experience! I will most definitely be back! More
