Bought a Great Vehicle at a Reasonable Price. It's all about the people. Keith Cordova, sales manager & Zack Jenkins, finance did a great job for us, but Atef Behery, sales, "sealed the deal" wi It's all about the people. There was some controversy over the amount offered for our trade-in, but a fair compromise was worked out. We didn't get a great deal, but we did negotiate a very good deal for our fourth Outback Ltd. We've owned a 2011, a 2014 & a 2017 previously & they've all been above average in quality & reliability, not to mention safety & fuel economy. The technology has evolved in a positive direction with each of them & our new 2019 appears to have continued that trend. Subaru is doing a lot of things right in development, manufacturing & quality control. The staff at Byers Subaru Dublin in sales, service, parts & management are all friendly, listen well to the concerns we've had & work to address our concerns with a positive resolution to a given problem. We have been customers of B.S.D. & Atef since 2014. As long as Subaru & Byers continue to "do it right", we will continue to be customers for as long as we can get behind a steering wheel & drive.
