I stated specifically what I wanted in terms of a vehicle....Atef asked all the right questions to be sure I was aware of all the updates since my prior vehicle purchase in 2016. given all the new options he narrowed right down to the make model color and even the accessory package! This was a lease for me this time, and while a different Financial package than my last purchase as a sale, Atef again did a phenomenal job getting that paperwork in order making the numbers match. The Delivery process as everybody else here posts, there's no denying Atef takes the time appropriate time with each customer & matches their need when going over the various accessories. My experience with Atef and the dealership.... Atef is a gentleman and he makes you feel like he is your friend that you brought for your car shopping. Such a great experience we had to come back a second time! We purchased a new Suburu Forester in 2015 for my husband from Atef Behery. Back then, as now, we were so impressed with him. I knew that if we ever purchased another car, it would be from him. He is the nicest person, very relaxed and makes you feel like family. There is absolutely no pressure, but he makes sure you know that he is available to answer any question at any time. His kindness shines through his eyes and you can tell he is a good soul. This time it was my turn to get a car after my old Saturn finally bit the dust. I knew I wanted a Suburu and I knew I wanted to buy it from Atef. My husband always does extensive homework and it took months for him to finally pull the trigger on this deal. Luckily, Atef remembered it went the same way last time, and although it takes him quite a while, he eventually ends up buying. He was so patient each time. He told my husband that a car is an expensive purchase and he is being smart to be dilligent and take his time. And now I got my beautiful Crosstrek last Thursday. I love it! I've already gotten compliments on the color (Cool Gray Khaki) from someone who didn't know it was new for me. Although it was getting late and perhaps Atef's wife had his dinner waiting, he sat in the car and explained at length all the awesome features of our new purchase, just as he did with our Forester. If you need a car and dread shopping for one because of all the hype and pressure, are you in for a surprise! You will have the most unbelievable laid-back experience if you go see Atef. Exceptionally Positive Experience! On a friend's recommendation, I made an appointment via the Internet with Atef Behery. I wanted to test drive a Forester. Atef greeted me and I was immediately struck by his friendly and welcoming manner. I test drove the car and asked a 100+ questions. There was absolutely no pressure to 'seal a deal at today's price" whatsoever. Throughout our entire interaction, Atef was the consument gentleman, answered all my questions/concerns thoroughly, and in a professional manner. I felt I was dealing with an honorable man, in whose hands I would be well taken care of after the sale. In my opinion, Atef Behery represented the highest standard in dealership companies. The result: I bought the car then and there! It hasn't even been a week, and I have no regrets. I know I can return again and again to Atef if I have any concerns.
