My first NEW car! This was going to be my first purchase of a brand new car, so i did my research and the Impreza was at the top of my list, and then I did the test dri This was going to be my first purchase of a brand new car, so i did my research and the Impreza was at the top of my list, and then I did the test drives on my top 4 cars. The Subaru was the best overall as the All wheel drive was a big factor and I loved the way it drove. The courtesy of my Dealer Joey knowing i was on the fence on what car I wanted to buy, and then in and out of when I could commit to buying, he kept up with me without being invasive or connecting with me too much. After 3 months, i finally made the decision and bought a car! 2017 Subaru Impreza Sport! I love it so much! I think the long wait made it that much sweeter reward when I finally got to drive it home! Buying a car is stressful and Joey made it much less stressful, and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he would find it out for us. I knew Subaru was the winner but Joey made me feel like a winner! Thanks Joey and Sage! More

I had never considered Subaru before so I had a lot of questions about the different models John Gregory did a great job helping me find a new Subaru. John was patient and let me test drive both of the cars I was considering. After test driving the Outback I decided to purchase it and they had the exact one I wanted on the lot. John was very informative going over the vehicle with me and I did not feel any pressure to buy. John and Sage both did a fantastic job explaining the financing, extended warranty, and all the features of the vehicle. The dealership itself was great! I was working with John but while he was out getting another car for me to test drive or helping another one of his customers that stopped by all of the other employees continuously asked if I needed help or had any questions. Joey could not have been more kind and helpful, and when he wasn't sure of a correct answer to our (many) questions, he made sure he got the right answer, quickly. It was a pleasure to deal with him, along with Brandon Jackson, who was also great to work with for our paperwork processing. We bought our new Outback on a Friday, and drove it over to friends' house to show it to them the very next day. On Sunday, our friends also visited Byers Dublin Subaru for the first time, sought out Joey, and drove away in their brand new Outback. We don't think you can get a more positive endorsement than that! More
