Each time our sales associate, CJ Barnett, was happy to work with us and move at our pace. We ending up sitting in every model both Mazda and Subaru had to offer and, after narrowing our search, we test drove five cars. In the end, Byers found the exact car we wanted from another dealership in Ohio and brought it to us. I had been looking for a specific Subaru and had been in negotiations with a salesman from another local Subaru dealer, however, this experience went very poorly and I was constantly fending off the hard sale and the keep them here as long as possible sales style. It was a frustrating experience to say the least. This led me to Buyers Dublin and what an amazing experience in comparison. Joey got back to me promptly and with all the information I needed. He made the whole process smooth and efficient and I always felt like he was honest with me and helped me to find a vehicle that I liked, and was in my budget. I couldn't get to the dealership until right before closing and Joey stayed late on a Friday night to finish the deal and never complained or rushed the process. He and the whole staff were extremely professional, and helpful. I will be a return customer for sure and cannot more highly recommend Joey to others. More

I initially visited the dealership to look at and purchase a pre-owned vehicle; however, by the time I arrived the car was in the process of being sold. Jeff was more than helpful finding other cars that fit my specifications. In the end though I decided to buy a new Impreza and Jeff was with me every step of the way. Due to an influx of car sales late in the day I was there well past closing but Tony remained to ensure my satisfaction.
