I took a wiper blade into the dealer as it looked like part of the rubber insert had come loose. Service advisor Sean carefully looked things over. He determined part of the housing had cracked. And within 5 minues, I had a new driver side wiper assembly. This was fabulous customer service. I was so pleased. Thanks so much Sean. You made my day. More

The service went well. The only trouble at all was that the new part failed 30 minutes after I left the dealership.
