Nick stayed late, just to help me out! I had a bolt stuck in my tire. My tire pressure light came on, and I was near Byers Subaru and pulled in to get it checked out. Fantastic service! Quick and Professional! Came in for a 60k mile tune up, plus an airbag recall fix. Estimated 5-6 hour work time. They got my wife and myself a shuttle to the Tuttle Mall while we waited. During inspection, they found the rear brakes needed repair and sent a link through text for me to approve or deny the work. I accepted, and by the time we got back to the service station, we'd only had the car there four hours and it was already ready to go (with the brakes fixed as well!). More

Scheduled service I just had 60,000 mile service done on my Outback. The service was quick and I was done in about 3 hours. There were three different options to choose from so it would of been nice to see these before hand to truly decide what I wanted to do. Other than that, all service reps were kind and courteous and my service there is always worth the hour and a half drive! More
