2017 Edge Purchase We started with the True Car app on Oct 2016. Byers called me within 5 minutes of sending in the information. The salesmen was very informative and We started with the True Car app on Oct 2016. Byers called me within 5 minutes of sending in the information. The salesmen was very informative and courteous. We set up an appointments and went in for a test drive on 3 different vehicles. The test drives went well and we returned home. We went back again for a different engine size test on the Ford Edge to confirm the smaller engine would perform as we had thought and it did with the turbo charger. We ended up selecting a Edge Titanium model however there was not any 2016 Edges available within a 500 mile radius and no more were being produced. We did not want to pay for options we did not want with the instock models/colors. so we ordered a new 2017 Edge with the correct features. The new car arrived in early January and the final sale and transition was a pleasure to do. They were responsive, professional and not pushy. A breath of fresh air in the car buying experience. More
