The person who initially took in my vehicle was rude and very condescending, for no apparent reason other than I am a black female. Not impressed with this service department at all. Had I not filed a complaint I believe I would have been charged for the work and time they put in, even though, they knew I had an ESP. I felt like I was judged based on the color of my skin and the fact that they assumed I knew nothing about cars. I've had two mechanical engineers as bf's who worked for Cadillac dealers plus I am a respiratory therapist that manages life support systems. These workers were just rude no respect. Not sure why this occurred but I plan on taking it to the owner of Ford. More

I had my eye on a 2023 Ford Maverick, and I finally went in to test drive. I knew I would love the truck, and after some thought I went ahead and bought it. No regrets I absolutely love driving it.
