Byers sales and finance personnel went out of their way to make my wife and I comfortable when we came in to review the car just an hour before closing. The salesman answered all our questions during the negotiationon of vehicle price and trade in value of our old car. We had a price for the vehicle and an offer for our car in 30 minutes. The deal was closed in 45 minutes. The business was supposed to close in 15 minutes. However, the finance person took care of all necessary preliminaries, credit check and loan setup even though it was past closing time. All paper work was 90% electronic and completed in 30 minutes. He went the extra mile to make sure we had the best interest rate and answered all our financial question. After having an oil/filter change I checked my oil level before leaving the dealership. I found the oil level to be 3/4's of the way down the thatched area. I was told by someone who I was told was the he before leaving the dealership. I found the oil level to be 3/4's of the way down the thatched area. I was told by someone who I was told was the head tech that as long as it was anywhere showing on the thatched area that it was ok. In the past I have been told by other techs that the oil should be at or near the top of the thatched area but not above. I won't be returning to Byers Ford of Delaware Ohio in the future. More
