We have been conducting this search for more than 2 months so when we found this car it was a great match. The only thing we requested was a missing button being fixed. What we were told was: “The cap on the drive button is missing... we are trying to acquire one at the moment...it is fully functional, just missing the cap” With this in mind we decided to have a friend test drive the car. Even that went without a hitch. I submitted an application with byers because I was pre-qualified through capital one. The sales person I was working with informed that I was “denied”. Defeated, we took his suggestion and added my husband as a co-signor. Even that didn’t work out. Well, my husband decided to get approved through Chase. It went through underwriting and all was well. The salesperson then texted us and told us someone was there looking at the car and they had first priority. Even though we had an approval on it. With this in mind, I decided to call Capital One only to learn that my application was not denied. It required additional information. And when the couple at the dealer didn’t buy the car, they asked if we wanted it and told us they wouldn’t be fixing the button. Typical. Will never ever ever send anyone here. I would never recommend it. I would simply go elsewhere. More
