I bought a Subaru almost seven years ago from Byers, and because I had a good experience then I traded that one in for a new Forester. Bob was very knowledgable about the cars and took time to explain the workings of the cars and answered my questions. Nelson introduced himself and was ready to detail my new Forester as soon as the deal was sealed. Even though I was there all afternoon, I was offered coffee and free snacks. As soon as I walked in the door Rick, manager, asked Bob to take care of me. Rick checked back several times. Steven, finance, was friendly and prompt. RECCOMENDATION: I walked in with my husband, and to start with I felt that the conversation was totally directed to him. I then made it very clear that I was the one buying the car. Please don't assume that the guy is making the decisions, ask first. By the way, Bob did work with me the rest of time and my husband was just there so I could ask him his opinion. (If I wanted it!) Byers Subaru service department is not trustworthy. Avoid them if you can.
