When I walked in the dealership, someone was there to greet me, although they were busy that day, Byerly Nissan still felt customer service was a necessity. I stated I was interested in the Nissan Rogue and without hesitation I was given the key to take a test drive. Although I was interested in the vehicle I did not have the funds to purchase the truck yet. I was in an accident with a semi-truck and my car was totaled. They allowed me to place the car on hold in which I thought I would have the funds in 5 days. Five days passed and I still did not have funds. Although my hold timing had expired, Byerly was gracious enough to continue to hold the truck 10 more days until I was financially capable of purchasing the truck. For some reason, Steve trusted me enough to pass up other opportunities to sell the truck in order to allow me to end my very long and trying search for purchasing a new ride. After I purchased the truck, we shot the breeze for about an hour with Steve Edelen, my sales associate and Pat Williams, the General Manager. I really appreciated the kindness and patience that was shown towards me and the efforts for going above and beyond to satisfy my needs. Thank you so much!!! More
