The sales manager tried to belittle me so he could sell me a higher interest rate (I already had approval from my bank) telling me the few hundred dollar difference was pennies. He wouldn't discount the car by those "pennies" though. I worked with a male finance manager that night, but the next day the female finance manager tells me she beat my bank's rate. Then quotes me a bottom line price that was $800 more than the night before. I questioned it because I had a copy of the worksheet with me to take to my bank. She tried to tell me the difference was something being added or removed from the vehicle. We removed cross bars which were supposed to be $300 difference between this vehicle and another I'd test driven (they only took $245 off the car turns out) so how does that increase the car's price I asked. She had no answer by phone, but when I arrived to see the final figures they matched my worksheet. I emailed the dealer to voice my concern over the crossbar price reduction when I realized the price was $245 each online. I was told they could have given me $245 each off the car if I'd paid $800 more since I got the car for $800 below invoice. Aha, there's the $800 the finance mgr tried to get back. So, I asked, you're saying I could've paid $800 more to save $200. Sylvia spoke as if they did me a favor. Dealerships don't sell cars at a loss, they only gave me the price to match another dealer's price. Plus $1500 of the money knocked off the car came from Nissan not the dealer. I can't believe how these folks talk to customers. More

BEYOND GREAT SALES CONSULATE JODIE RICTHIE STARTED OUT WHEN I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR WARRANTY WORK AND TURNED OUT THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS BAD. THE SERVICE DEPT REP STEVEN TOLD ME THEY HAD TO CHE STARTED OUT WHEN I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR WARRANTY WORK AND TURNED OUT THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS BAD. THE SERVICE DEPT REP STEVEN TOLD ME THEY HAD TO CHECK THE FLUID FOR COTAMINATION AND THAT THEY WHERE GOING TO SHIP IT OVERNIGHT AND SHOULD KNOW SOMETHING WITHIN 48 HRS, THIS TURNED INTO OVER THREE WEEEKS AND I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. I THEN TALKED TO SCOT AND HE TOLD ME THE REALITY OF THE SITUATION. LETS GET BACK TO JODIE. I BUILT ME A VERSA ONLINE AND JODIE CALLED ME TO TALK ABOUT A NEW CAR. I TOLD HER I HAD A CAR THERE THAT I WOULD PROBABLY TRADE IT IN ON A NEW CAR IN VIEW OF THE TRANS MISSION PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING. SHE GRABBED THE BULL BY THE HORNS AND CHECKED ON MY CAR STATUS AND BOUGHT ME UP TO DATE AND THAT IMPRESSED ME. SHE ALSO RECOMMENDED I CONTACT NISSAN ABOUT THE SITUATION TO GET THEIR FEEDBACK ON IT. WELLI DID AND NISSAN BOUGHT MY OLD CAR BACK. JODIE WAS THERE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND HELPED ME OVER EVERY HURDLE AND THERE WAS A LOT OF THEM. THIS ORDEAL WENT ON FOR NEARLY 7 WEEKS AND TOOK ITS TOLL ON JODIE AND MYSELF BUT WE SURVIVED. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE HER HELP AND TIME AND WILL RECCOMEND HER TO ALL I KNOW. JODIE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY SALES PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, I GIVE HER 10 STARS YOU HAVE ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN. More
Traded in a faithful 2007 Maxima I really didn't want to trade my 2007 Maxima, but it was getting some miles on it and I knew I had to purchase a new car. My salesperson Steve Edelen I really didn't want to trade my 2007 Maxima, but it was getting some miles on it and I knew I had to purchase a new car. My salesperson Steve Edelen took the time to understand my needs and worked with me find the right vehicle. We settled on a 2014 Altima SV, I'm extremely pleased with the purchase, understand my job requires me to drive quite a bit, so now I look forward to driving. I would recommend Steve to anyone, he definitely is not "high pressure". This is the fourth Nissan I've bought from Byerly Nissan, so they're doing something right!! More

After do a lot of internet research, I went to Byerly Nissan, BEST CHOICE that I have ever done. The staff is really FRIENDLY and HELPFUL and the most important thing for me, they work "WITH" you, NOT "on you". I already recommended it to my friends and I can't think in another place to recommend, if anyone ask me about the "RIGHT PLACE" to buy a car. More

The other was pushy and didn't have the color and options that I wanted but tried to talk me into a different one. I had just about given up! I am so glad I listened to a family member and called Byerly! I called and talked to Jodi Ritchie.They didn't have the one that I wanted in stock, but she assured me that she could have my car there the next day. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness, attention to detail, and made it an enjoyable experience. And when I went into the Finance office, Tricia made sure that I completely understood everything before signing! AWESOME EXPERIENCE! More
