When I returned a few days later to buy an accessory, there Parts Department personnel were just as nice accommodating me in every way they could. I found my Nissan Versa online at Byerly on Sunday. I filled out a credit application online and on Monday morning, Chris Trusty both called and emailed me. Chris needed some information about my trade in vehicle so I provided that and at 4:20 in the afternoon, I was at the dealership. After a few more forms and a test drive, I was approved and I drove out of the lot in a little over 2 hours. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, no 3rd party warranties, no hidden fees. Chris and the finance manager Mr. Milby were a pleasure to deal with. He was very nice, patient, knowledgable, and reasonable with helping me find a car at a price I could afford unlike most salesmen at other places who are overly pushy, mentally exhausting, and have no idea about the cars on their lot. No other dealership offered me a car in quite as good of a condition for the price point I was looking for.
