When we got down to business he had Patrick Williams, Sales Manager look at my trade in. Bob took me in his office, presented the figures and this is the first vehicle I've bought without any negotiating I was satisfied the price presented and the appraisal on my trade in. I am retired from the automobile business and had heard horror stories about the big city dealers' tactics. I found none of this at Byerly Nissan. I feel they are an honest group of people trying to make a living and treat people right. I highly recommend Bob Steffan, Patrick Williams, and Tricia Brown as they are all truly professionals caring about their clientele. Bob will treat you with respect and professional courtesy during the buying process. Patrick will treat you right on appraisals and Tricia is a super Business Mgr who will guide you through the financial part of the transaction in a very friendly, professional , and easy to understand manner.
