Never once did we feel rushed, like an inconvenience, anything but welcome. Not to mention the unbelievable bargain we got on the vehicle. We bought THOUSANDS below book. Truly a first class dealership and we will return for future purchases. Mark is a great guy, laid back, and super to deal with. I drove 11.5 hours round trip for their service! I spent a long time looking for a vehicle with the options I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. Denny Onstott provided excellent service. Knowing I had a long drive, he worked with me to present the clearest possible picture on my trade-in, and the most fair out-the-door price. I arrived at 335p.m. and by 420p.m. we had taken the truck for a test drive and agreed to the terms we discussed over the phone. By 445p.m. all paperwork was signed and I was awaiting a quick wipe down and wash. Thank you so much for your customer service! #1...It certainly went a long way, and lured me from a long way, in the snow, uphill both ways :-) Too bad I didn't have time to try that BBQ across the street!!!
