Perservering personnel Silvia Ivanova is such an engaging sales person. This is the second car I have leased from Byerly and Silvia was the salesperson both times. We had a lot of back and forth phone calls trying to get financing for a 2017 Roque. The problem was never Silvia's fault. Even when I was getting discouraged and beginng to contact other car lots, Silvia "hung in there". Trisha Brown was the finance person I dealt with and she was also very pleasant . Both Silvia and Trish were always highly professional. I would recommend Byerly and especially Silvia and Trish. More

I bought a new CAR!!! I did a little Nissan research before going to the dealership. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I met Mr. Onstott. He listened to me, showed me cars, answered ALL of my questions and several hours later I drove off of the lot with my second ever new vehicle. Mr. Onstott listened to me! He found the car I wanted exactly. The hardest part was deciding the color I wanted. (I chose red). The financial part of the transaction was very thoroughly explained to me by the wonderful lady in the office to the left. ( I cannot remember her name, but she was amazingly patient with me.) I have recommended friends to Byerly Nissan and I will go back in about 12 years when I am ready for another new car!!! Thanks! Karen More

Just leased a car that met my budget. I just met a new salesman at Byerly Nissan named Tally Beck. I am extremely hard on car salesmen. I don't like them... not even a little bit.
