Great car buying experience! We were looking for a 2018 Nissan Rogue, and had gotten the "bait and switch" from another nearby Nissan dealer. We stopped by Byerly on a Sunday, and We were looking for a 2018 Nissan Rogue, and had gotten the "bait and switch" from another nearby Nissan dealer. We stopped by Byerly on a Sunday, and since they were closed, we just window shopped. Although we were skeptical of the low advertised prices, I called Monday morning and spoke with salesman Denny Onstott, to make an appointment for that afternoon. When we arrived, Denny was busy with customers, but sales manager Pat stepped in to make sure we were taken care of. We purchased a Rogue (at the advertised price!) that had a braking glitch, and couldn't be fixed quickly, so they took it back, gave us another to drive, and went searching for one just like we purchased. Two days later, it arrived, and they gave us a couple days to drive it, to make sure there weren't any glitches in that one. We returned, changed over paperwork, and off we went. Everyone we dealt with was top notch. Trisha in Finance was honest, helpful, and got us a good interest rate. If someone's in the market for a Nissan, I'm sending them to Byerly. More

Great experience Larry and the staff at Byerly Nissan could not have been nicer. I walked onto lot and pointed at car I wanted and Larry said, let's go for a ride.
