Byerly Nissan, was a nice surprise after visiting several other dealerships. Kat was my first call and was so friendly when giving me detailed directions and a text to follow up. I had many questions and requests which he patiently listened to, then explained so I could understand. He did not pressure me when I told him I needed a few hours to consider this new investment. Upon my leaving, Steve another sales manager came out to say goodbye and thank me for coming to Byerly's. Denny followed up that evening with email answers I needed and again understood many of my concerns. This dealership and the individuals like Denny, Brian, and Steve understand what real customer service means and I appreciate their efforts.
