I gave description of what I wanted and they found me one in 48 hour's. They did not try to sell me something else. The price was reasonable and I got my new Escape in 2 day's. My wife and I can't say enough about our experience with Ryan. When we got there I had an idea of what we wanted and what we could afford we told Ryan and he spent literally from 11 a.m that morning wh with Ryan.
