My wife and I came to Byerly to "just look" because it was time for a new vehicle. Randy welcomed us right away and directed us to our area of interest. We spent time looking at the Escape, the Flex, and the Edge. Throughout our "looking time" Randy was present, answering questions, and opening vehicles. Randy was professional, no pressure, and very accommodating. We went from "looking" to "buying" because of Randy's knowledge about a ruby red Edge that we really liked. When the time came to do the paperwork, there was a little probelm with the computers. Randy did not allow that to distract him and he went forward with the paperwork without hesitation. When I returned the next day, Randy walked me through some of the features that the vehicle had including the cell phone interface. In fact, Randy took the next step and connected my phone to the Edge. He didn't have to do that, but I thought that was pretty awesome. Overall, my experience with Byerly was great (like it was in 2002 when I bought my Windstar) and I will return when the time comes to purchase the next vehicle. More

We reviewed at least 30 different vehicles until my 'dream car' was found and, after postponing a purchase for over a month due to my 'commitment issues', Rick was able to acquire for me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Ryan O'Neil contacted us shortly after I submitted an inquiry on line for a 2013 Fusion I built online. We set up an appointment for Tuesday evening and Ryan spent 2 1/2 hours with us trying to find the inquiry on line for a 2013 Fusion I built online. After locating a vehicle locally and building a 2014, we decided to go home and discuss it amongst ourselves. We contacted Ryan on Wednesday morning and asked that he get the vehicle he located to his lot and we would purchase it. By Wednesday evening the car was on his lot, credit was secured and we could pick up the car on Thursday evening after work. Ryan is amazing to work with. Very personable and friendly.
