Great Experience I was in desperate need of a vehicle. I had previously had a car a week before and the motor went out on it. I was still working at my job and on top of that I was 34 weeks pregnant. My car stopped on me on the highway on my way to a doctors appointment. So at that moment I knew I needed to get a vehicle and get one fast. I called Mr. Votow who's number I had from a year before when I was looking for a vehicle. He answered the call to my surprise. I met with him the following day and he showed me some vehicles that were in my price range with down payment and monthly payments. I was in my new vehicle by the end of the day. He was the best salesperson I've experienced in purchasing a vehicle yet! Thanks Jason & Byerly Ford!! More

Buying a van at Byerly Ford I purchased a Mercury Monterey Mini-van from Byerly. I found the van through Gurucars.com and I contacted the dealer and Trevor Wilson was my contac I purchased a Mercury Monterey Mini-van from Byerly. I found the van through Gurucars.com and I contacted the dealer and Trevor Wilson was my contact, what a fine gentleman and was very friendly and helpful. we talked on the phone a few times and emailed back and forth about the van, he emailed me pictures of the van, so on Saturday we came from Greenwood, In to the dealer to look at it, we drove it and purchased it that afternoon. On Monday they did the service checking etc. and on Tuesday afternoon late I picked it up. If I ever need a car or van I would call Trevor Wilson as my sales person, what a wonderful person. Disappointing service When purchasing our 2004 Honda Odyssey we were told of all the brake work that was done to the vehicle by Byerly Ford's mechanic. We were told all pa When purchasing our 2004 Honda Odyssey we were told of all the brake work that was done to the vehicle by Byerly Ford's mechanic. We were told all pads were new and all 4 rotors had been turned. We heard some brake noise when we test drove the vehicle. We were told the noise were from the metallic pads. We were able to confirm the pads were new and made the purchase. The noise became worse as the days passed until at the end of the second week it sounded more like a grinding noise. Upon having the brakes worked on by a reputable mechanic, we were informed the rear calipers were bad, the pads had worn prematurely and the rotors had been damaged to the point they could not be turned within specs. This problem with the calipers would have been evident when the dealerships mechanic replaced the pads by the wear on the rotors. The dealership chose to to mask the problem by turning the rotors and replacing the pads for a cheap fix rather than addressing the real problem of the calipers. My wife called the dealership to discus the problem. We understand used cars are basically as-is, but because we were told significant work had been performed on the brakes we made the decision to buy based on reasonable good faith we were being dealt with in an honest manner. With hind sight, we now feel Byerly Ford chose to mask a known brake problem and sold the vehicle it knew to have faulty brakes. The sales person invited us to call if we had any problems, but did nothing to attempt to correct the problem. My wife also spoke to a sales manager who tried to put the blame everywhere but where it belonged. He said it might be my wife's driving habits. He also suggested that the problem may have been with the mechanics who correctly fixed our brakes. The vehicle was purchased Feb. 20 with new pads. We had the rear calipers and rotors replaced the last week of March. No brakes pads should need replacing in a months time unless there was a pre-existing problem prior to the pads being installed. Once the grinding noise from the back brakes was corrected we heard squealing and metal hitting. The last week of May, 3 months after purchasing the car, we had to do the same thing to the front brakes and replace the front strut assembly. The car now has had honest mechanics correct the car's problems. $1300 later, the car runs down the road without a sound. The sales person was very friendly while he was trying to make the sale stating his customer's satisfaction was the most important thing to him. After the sale his customer's satisfaction did not seem to matter at all to him. We bought two vehicles in three days from this dealership and were prepared to send everyone we knew who was in need of a car to this dealership and this salesperson. After being misled to the condition of the brakes and Byerly Ford not standing behind their work, we will tell everyone where not to buy a car. We will definitely not be repeat customers the salesperson professed to being so important to him. More

I had friends that had good experience at Byerly Ford and chose to check them for my new Ford purchase. Tom Jesukaitis, salesman, greeted me and after explaining what I was wanting to purchase, he worked with me in locating and purchasing the vechile that I wanted. I would recommend Byerly Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. Tom was a pleasure to deal with,was honest and up front in our dealings. At no time did I feel any pressure from him in making my decision. I recommend Tom very highly to work with anyone in looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I was working on another possible vehicle (other than Ford) at a different dealer. They actually stopped communicating. Byerly Ford had a better web search with lots of information. I found several vehicles in inventory available for my purchase options. John Wells worked with me providing all the information I needed prior to my visit for the purchase. I feel that Byerly Ford met and exceeded my expectations. Everyone I was in contact there was friendly and professional. More
