John Galligan is a Gem When I entered Buzz Chew Dealership all I knew was that I had to find a vehicle that day that could handle 2 wheelchairs and an English Setter in the When I entered Buzz Chew Dealership all I knew was that I had to find a vehicle that day that could handle 2 wheelchairs and an English Setter in the back cargo area at the same time. That eliminated any car/SUV with a trunk. I didn't know where to start. John Galligan made the entire process from start to finish very easy to understand and within a short period of time I walked out the door of the dealership very very satisfied with the service he gave me. The initial Chevy SUV i picked out was too small for all I needed to place in the rear cargo area. After being like goldilocks looking in three SUV's with the wheelchairs, John sat me down and said what are your priorities of the vehicles beside the large cargo area. I said leather seats with electric buttons for the seats and automatic back door. HE did his magic and within 5 minutes he found a car on the Buzz Chew lot with exactly what we needed- 2017 Chevy Traverse. We took it for a test drive around the block and I said- write up the lease. Not only did he do that and I gave him the deposit, he went to my StepMother's house in Southampton had her sign the papers and brought the car to them. We got a good price on the trade in and now they are happy campers and I as one of the Trustees of the Estate arm happy they are riding in a brand new car instead of a caddie 12 years old John is a polite, articulate, and very willing to explain at the ins and outs of the car features. My past experience at other dealers have been a rush job and at some times nasty giving us a runaround. I dont live in Southampton, but in CT, NC and StThomas. My dad had purchased both his caddies from Buzz Chew over the last 15 years. Both still running fine today. I will seriously consider coming to see John at Buzz Chew just because of the articulate and attentive service he gave me. I didn't know him nor he me, but the process was effortless and I appreciate his tenacity to make everything go so smoothly. Thank you John.
