This was the best buying experience that I have ever had. I spent a lot of time searching for the right car, and my search brought me to Buzz Chew Chevrolet Cadillac. I come from Connecticut, so the drive was pretty far. I am the type of person who like instant purchase gratification, and that is what I got at Buzz Chew! Nelson Resnick did a wonderful job of putting all of the paperwork together, and after quick meeting with Andy Hickox in Finance, I was on my way. The car was clean, and came with a full tank of gas, and one of the owners of the dealership introduced himself, and gave me a tee-shirt. John explained everything to me, was super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Walked through all the different options, ran through the inventory with me, financing options, really amazing. John was great with my kids too who just wanted to climb all over the trucks. Eventually I bought the truck, John took care of the installation of railes and the truck bed cover and dropped it off at my house. Walked me through all the features in my driveway. Also, the truck is amazing. My other car is a Mercedes 450 GL and I love the truck much more. More

He kept me informed, help me make the right choices and especially he work very hard to make sure what I needed (price and car style) was met.
