0 Stars - BEWARE - Dishonest, unprofessional, condescending Salesman Bob White, was one of the most unprofessional and condescending salespersons I have ever had the non-pleasure of working with. It was like p Salesman Bob White, was one of the most unprofessional and condescending salespersons I have ever had the non-pleasure of working with. It was like pulling teeth to get information about the car, let alone decent photos. He made me feel like i was bothering him when I would ask about the vehicle. Further, I found him to be unknowledgeable about what he sales and I actually felt like he lashed out at me because he was intimidated by my questioning. Even though it would have been an 8 hour drive to inspect/purchase the car, however I placed a deposit on the car because of the low miles. After scrutinizing the poor quality photos that were submitted, I found a few aberrations on the car that would indicate other damage that was unreported to me by the salesperson (after heavy questioning). When confronted with this, the salesperson (for lack of a better description), said he didn't have time for this and refunded my deposit, mind you after a certified check was cut as well as a one-way rental car was paid for on my end. The irony here is, if my concerns had been addressed in a proper way to begin with, I wouldn't have had to ask so many questions, which is clearly a failure on the sales staff. He also placed undo pressure in regards to the sale; for example mandating that I had to pick the car up within a weak or he would refund deposit on the car. Message to Bob; Do yourself a favor and find something you enjoy and are good at, because clearly this is not it and life is too short to be as miserable as you are. It's sad because being a VW owner, I wanted to give the GM/Chevy brand a try, however was turned off and just couldn't purchase based on the rude, condescending and elusive salesperson behavior, and unanswered questions of the vehicle. I have had many car purchases in my life, however, this was by far the worst sales staff i have ever encountered. I hope this experience isn't representative of the GM brand and all subsidiaries. Also, beware this dealership uses non-OEM parts in its bodywork repairs which should be reason enough to question their franchise. Sidenote: I had to take a shower to scrub off that dirty feeling after being forced to give one-star to this dealership due to the rating system. More

In 2012 I was looking to purchase a Camaro special edition Dusk, I searched out Chris and he set me up with Joe Tedesco and since that day Joe has been my go to guy for anything Chevy. I live in Cold Spring Harbor and could go to dealers much closer,but I choose to go see my friends at Buzz Chew. Its about loyalty and honesty, I know at Buzz Chew I am getting the best deal without having to haggle. At Buzz Chew it's always a great experience probably the only Chevrolet dealer on Long island that still has broucher's for all the vehicles they sell, I like to look talk to salesman go over numbers and take the broucher home look at the truck I like for a few days then go order the truck I want. And I like to keep the broucher. If your considering buying or leasing a Chevy I would highly recommend visiting Buzz Chew out in Southampton make it a day out with the family lots to do out on east end, you will not be disappointed.
