Nelson and the crew are the consummate professionals, They responded to every question, did what they said they were going to do, and were completely honest and up front about all the details, car, financing, delivery dates, etc. It's probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Wiper transmission broke Was driving in a severe rain storm and my wipers stopped working . After sitting on the road for three hours waiting for a tow truck during the Hamptons summer season , was finally towed to Buzz Chew . I had purchased my car at Buzz Chew in 2015. Chris was my service person who worked with me . He had his team quickly access the problem as by then my nerves were shot . He had said I would have to leave my car there for repair and he worked very hard in finding me a loaner car as by then it was 5:30pm. He was so kind and considerate of my needs as I had over an hour drive home . So, Thank You Chris for having great Knowledge of the service department and also wonderful customer service experience. Buzz Chew is lucky to have someone like you on their team !! More
