Chris was my service person who worked with me . He had his team quickly access the problem as by then my nerves were shot . He had said I would have to leave my car there for repair and he worked very hard in finding me a loaner car as by then it was 5:30pm. He was so kind and considerate of my needs as I had over an hour drive home . So, Thank You Chris for having great Knowledge of the service department and also wonderful customer service experience.
