Poor customer service. I was sold a lemon! Went back to try to have the problems fixed. Ron Bell was VERY rude! They wouldn't help me, other than to let me trade in the car "at fair market value" for a new try to have the problems fixed. Ron Bell was VERY rude! I went to my local tax people and they told me the tags were in. Again when I picked them up, ron bell was rude. DO NOT do business with this dealer. I have heard many other horror stories after the fact about them. More

I bought a Volkswagen Cabrio from Buz Post and will never set foot on that car lot again. After agreeing on a price, I also added in a purchase for a warranty for $1500. About a month after the purchase, my set foot on that car lot again. After agreeing on a price, I also added in a purchase for a warranty for $1500. About a month after the purchase, my ignition coil went out and had to be replaced. This is somthing that should be covered under the warranty, so I called Buz Post and they told me not to even bring the car to their lot. I had to take it to the VERY friendly and professional people at Hiley Volkswagen down the road. When I got there, I found out that my $1500 warranty did not even exist!! They just took my money and I had no warranty. It took about two months of phone calls, visits, and getting the Better Business Bureau involved to finally get my money back. And they were very ugly and rude, hanging up on me, telling me to come in and then sending me home because the right people weren't there that could give me my money back. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BUZ POST!! DON'T BE A FOOL LIKE ME!! More

Sales department offered to replace a spare tire prior to sale, but had to be asked repeatedly after the sale to take care of this at a great cost of my own personal time. Vehicle registration expired two months ago. I repeatedly call them about this, but their tone of voice grows less friendly each time I talk to them (Ron). When I pressed Ron about taking care of this, he told me that he knows the car business better then I do. More

I bought the car from Kelvin Edwards who was very friendly and at first I was happy with my vehicle then on the 3rd day the vehicles transmission started slipping. I went and had it worked on then to later find out that they sold me a vehicle that could not be titled since it was involved with a bankruptcy. I bought a 1995 Mitsubishi Galant in great condition to have them offer me a 1990 Geo Metro and expect me to accept it for the same price. They at first sent out Robert who was friendly and seemed initially concerned that I left happy. After showing me nothing but beat up high mileage cars a sales manager threatened to repo my car without even paying me back for it. I told him that I knew for a dealership to sell a vehicle that can not be titled was against Texas law and he shut his mouth and stopped with the threats. Robert did some damage control offering to show me more vehicles the next day. A 1994 Ford Explorer with high miles and horrible interior that the driver's door would not close was the best he offered and he became angry later on that evening after I refused to accept it and showed his own true colors. I would not recommend anyone to buy from Buz Post a friend of mine told me not to but I was in desperate need for a vehicle at the time and found a car I really wanted. I do not know what is going to happen now since the issue has yet to be resolved I just know that I will not be happy with the outcome after the treatment I received the 2 on friendliness was for Kelvin Edwards who was smart and left Buz Post for greener pastures he himself told us that they were not going to give a good deal after he found out what happened.
