The guys at Buy Repo Direct are probbibly the most proffesional dealer I have ever bought from not only are they skilled in business ethics, but also are kind and very helpful. I have bought over 18 c proffesional dealer I have ever bought from not only are they skilled in business ethics, but also are kind and very helpful. I have bought over 18 cars in my life time and I have never been treated with as much courtesy as I did at Buy Repo Direct. They had the best price in town and got me a discount for being a credit union member. Their whole concept is just what this country need to get the economy flowing again. I have recomended many of my friends and family to Sam and his profesional crew. More
I had spoken to Felix multiple times about this vehicle, my credit wasn't that good so felix was working with different banks trying to get me financed. My father decided he would co sign for me.. I called my credit wasn't that good so felix was working with different banks trying to get me financed. My father decided he would co sign for me.. I called felix and told him that I had a cosigner, he did a credit check and told me that everything was in place and wanted to know when I could make it to come get the vehicle, I told him that following day. he had asked me where I had seen the vehicle and I told him Cars.com, then he asked me what the vehicle was priced at I told him 14,999.00 with in half an hour the price was unlisted on the web site. I called him later that night and asked if everything was in place because I was driving from Tampa to Orlando he said yes and that he would call me back. When I was getting ready to go that following morning I called the dealership and had told them my name, the vehicle, and that I was on my way to come get it and wanted to make sure that everything was in place.. the person that answered the phone said"yes Dione we are cleaning it up for you now" I asked if they were going to fill the tank too he said yes, I told him I would see him in a few hours. When I arrived I was escorted to Felix's office. He told me that the vehicle had been sold to a lady in Ohio the night before. When I asked him why he didn't call me to tell me instead of letting me drive 100 some miles to come get the vehicle. He said that he had just found out about it and that they are two dealerships and the other dealership was the one that had sold it. he said that they had other vehicles on the lot that I may look at, I refused saying that I didn't want another vehicle that I wanted that one. My friend who runs multiple dealerships came for support. He asked to speak to the GM... we waited for about 15 minutes in his office, when he came we explained that felix had told me that the vehicle was mine and didn't say anything about needing money down on the vehicle. the GM said he wanted to hear from felix. He came back about half an hour later with a file showing us that the vehicle was sold.. we told the GM that we knew the vehicle was sold that isn't the point the point was that they sold the vehicle out from underneath me. My friend took out $2000.00 cash on put it on the desk, and stated is that what you want is that what is going to buy the vehicle? The GM said this isn't about money. My friend told them that this was poor businees ethic and very unproffessional. as we were leaving we were followed by the dealers, one of the dealers said that the GM was going to sell us the car until we got an additude about the whole situation, i said but you told me the car is sold, the dealer asked me "Do you want the car or not?"I said "of course I do I drove all the way from tampa for it..I asked at what price?" the dealer stated" More than what the lady in Ohio offered." So this whole thing was a ploy to hike up the price they knew that they had the price listed too low on the internet so they pulled the price from the site, then all of a sudden we are playing a price war because the vehicle is sold? But in the same token they were ready to over sell this woman who bought the car form ohio. They said the woman in ohio saw the price and bought it right away LAST NIGHT..but yesterday at approximately 2 pm the price was not listed. I feel this is poor businessmanship misleading. They were very rude. We are the customers, they obviousley don't know that the customer is always right. we were harassed as we were leaving by the staff. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. They wouldn't even compensate me for the gas that it took for me to get there. More
