They had my jeep for 24 days on a recall issue I had to text weekly to get an update and requested a call from the service manager and never received one. Making a customer pay $7 a day on top of a vehicle text weekly to get an update and requested a call from the service manager and never received one. Everyone at the dealership has been wonderful to work with. However, after I bought my Jeep the service engine light came on. I have had it in two times. They reset it but they can't find anything wrong with. However, after I bought my Jeep the service engine light came on. I have had it in two times. They reset it but they can't find anything wrong with it. But it continues to make a noise. A grind sound almost as if it is going to die. It is not idling correctly. Currently we are in Florida on vacation and we took it to a dealership in St. Augustine, Florida. They too ran a diagnostic on it. They were able to reset the check engine light. We drove away and within 30 minutes it went back to what it has done before and the check engine light came on again. My Jeep Mojave is still not running right and the checkland engine light is back on again. When I return to Kokomo I plan on bringing it in again and having them look at it once again. This has been very frustrating because it has been happening ever since I bought it. Brand new. More
