I called the Butler service department on Tuesday morning, March 18,2014 and Larry Cummings set me up with an appointment for 11:45 AM for the same day. Larry is very professional and he covered eve morning, March 18,2014 and Larry Cummings set me up with an appointment for 11:45 AM for the same day.
