Mark Patrick gave us good attention, in person and on the phone. No high pressure sales tactics. Three days after we bought the car, we drove over there, and he climbed in the back seat with us and spent as phone. No high pressure sales tactics. Used Car Sales Experience I traveled about 40 miles from Warner Robins to Butler Toyota in Macon. I thought I was going to buy a Tundra that day. But, my experience with the I traveled about 40 miles from Warner Robins to Butler Toyota in Macon. I thought I was going to buy a Tundra that day. But, my experience with the used car salesman Mark Patrick was the absolutely, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had in buying a car at a dealership. Mark was very unprofessional with me from the get go. I had questions that he could not answer and when he did answer, he said it in a very demeaning way., Like, why are you asking such a dumb question. But, I let it go for a while until he called me a name. He said "OK, champ" during negotiations. Mark didn't like the fact that I knew what questions to ask and what I should pay for and how to negotiate. Finally, I got up and left. I was not going to pay commission to someone who belittled me. I don't know how a dealership could hire such an unprofessional person to talk with a potential buyer. More

Rude and Incompetent Online Sales team! Terrible experience! My husband and I tried to purchase a vehicle from their used car unit and had one of the worst sales experiences I've ever had. W Terrible experience! My husband and I tried to purchase a vehicle from their used car unit and had one of the worst sales experiences I've ever had. We are not local so we were negotiating with their online sales team. This particular vehicle had some non-standard features added by a previous owner that I wanted photos of. There were continuous delays in getting the photos. We'd tentatively agreed upon a price, I submitted an application for pre-financing but I wanted to get those photos before committing. They sent the photos and then texted me an hour later to say they "Sold the vehicle. Sorry." When I called and talked to them they were beyond rude and blamed us for trying to negotiate, asking for "so many things", "emailing them so much" and having different last names (very sexist attitude!) so the "computer system didn't track". We simply wanted clarification on a non-standard feature! You'd think they'd know how to respond to emails and requests like this as the online sales team. Needless to say we will never buy with them and would not recommend. Marty Keefe (Sales Manager), James Dooley (Internet Sales Manager) and Brooke Sanders (Special Financing Analyst) should really think about careers where customer service isn't in the job description. More
Above and beyond, exceeded my expectations! I purchased a Camry during the covid pandemic. After my purchase I became concerned about my employees and person career. I asked the sales team if I could back out of the deal? I had previously giving them my down payment and had the windows tinted and a couple of other options added to the car. I offered to pay a penalty and for the window tint. The Sales Manager Kevin Williams and Sales Rep. Rob Huston graciosley declined any money and returned my down payment. They simply asked when I was ready for me to consider them. So that is exacly what I did. I came back and bought a New 2020 Camry and I am sure my next one will come from them as well. Thank You Butler Toyota for actully caring about the long term customer relationship, not just the one time sale! More
