Finance Manager Decptive Techniques The Finance Manager was using techniques to raise the valve of the car that were clearly Deceptive trying to take advantage of a first time car buyer. The Finance Manager was using techniques to raise the valve of the car that were clearly Deceptive trying to take advantage of a first time car buyer.. 1) I was told by the Finance Director that the Bank would not finance the car unless I bought the extended warranty on the used car. I call the Banking institution and they clearly told me that was not the case that I didn't need a warranty to finance the car... 2.) When asked to remove the warranty from the car the Finance Director told it would not change the price only he would not included the warrantee and still charge me the full price of the contract without the warrantee with the addition cost of the warrantee included in the price... 3) The Finance Manager told me that they had to charge a higher price then the car was worth to be sure that they could have a higher profit margin to cover the dealer overhead cost to do business... I told him he was cheating honest customers and taken revenue from not only the dealership but from the sales staff... No way to run a business allowing a person to ruin or tarnishes it's reputation More

Great experience! Zach was an awesome salesman. He help me get the car that I wanted with better terms than I expected. He went out of his way to be helpful. Sat in the Zach was an awesome salesman. Purchase of a new 2017 Sienna to replace my 2012 Every time I visited Butler Toyota in Macon, Ga. about replacing my 2012 Sienna with a new 2017 Sienna I was always treated with great friendliest and Every time I visited Butler Toyota in Macon, Ga. about replacing my 2012 Sienna with a new 2017 Sienna I was always treated with great friendliest and respect. I had to make many trips to Butler Toyota over a period of several months because Toyota was not able to supply me with the van I wanted. I wanted a red van with a grey interior and the staff at Butler searched everywhere they could, beginning in early Oct. 2016 but was never able to find me a van as requested, so on March 15,2017 I gave up on red and went to my second choice of silver-gray. My two previous vans were a red 2007 Sienna and a red 2012 Sienna and this was to be my 3rd red Sienna but due to Toyota's usability to supply a red 2017 FWD Sienna Limited Premium, I had to settle for my 2nd choice. I have great confidences and respect for all at Butler Toyota in Macon, but very disappointed in Toyota National's ability or unwillingness to supply over a several month period the van I was willing to purchase. I have only the highest respect for Butler Toyota Macon, Ga. but not for Toyota National. More
