Finance manager Chris Gonzalez pretends he's helping you but he's really NOT! Honored a Military discount I was entitled to but then charged me for a bogus Fidelity warranty for two yrs when the vehicle is already covered for three from the manufacturer. Everything is done in quite a rush to keep you from noticing any discrepancies and then send you home with a pen drive so you cant even review the paperwork until you get home. Requested a refund and of course after that no one is available to help. Even the so called manager " no longer works there" Save yourself a headache. I dealt with Coggin Toyota and they're much more professional and honest. More
