I queried Butler Lexus online about trading in my 2016 LS460 lease for a 2018n LS 500 lease and was immediately contacted by Mr. Art Maddox and we made the deal completely on line. He was courteous, knowledgeable, timely in his responses, and was successful in getting the vehicle we wanted to the dealership even though they didn't have one in stock. The finance manager was also knowledgeable and timely. He had all the paperwork already printed, so all I had to do was sign and go. We drove the 120 miles to Butler Lexus in Macon GA from Leesburg GA, and an hour and a half later, we were on our way back home. Wonderful automobile and great Lexus dealership experience!!!
